Soul searching I bought tickets to Mini-KISS (see yesterday's post). They're playing the Cutting Room on May 20. The only way this could be better than it already is: we get to toss the guys afterwards.
I asked my friend Eric if he wanted to go, perhaps bring his wife. He said
While I am fascinated by the thought of a mini-KISS show, I also find it abit disturbing.........so thanks for thinking of me, but I may have to pass.
Hmmm. This from the guy who has a custom joystick console to recreate arcade games in his bedroom.
He also said his wife was "horrified" at the prospect of going.
Maze must be just going along with it. I'm going to have to go to, like, three Mary Lou Lord gigs to make up for this. Or Billy Bragg, now that Elliot Smith is gone.
I might ask around for a back-up.
